Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can further assist. If 14 days have passed since the package was delivered we, unfortunately, cannot assume any liability for any damage or mistakes. 


Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is a mistake with your order please be sure to reach out to us. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
