Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Unless previously discussed, 90% of orders will be processed and sent out within 1-2 business days. Depending on the shipping method you selected and your location, it will take another 1-5 days for your order to arrive. Once your order is sent out, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to appear. 

Orders containing 50+ items or Yeti tumblers may take a little longer to process. Reach out to us if this applies to you so we can provide you with an ETA.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If we made a mistake on your order, please be sure to reach out to us so we can have it remade or refunded.
