Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions.

• Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?

• We recommend hand washing your items to preserve the outer color/coating. The most important part is that you immediately dry your item off after washing it.

• Are the designs laser engraved or vinyl stickers?
• All of our designs are laser engraved meaning they will never come off.
• Can we engrave in color?
• As of right now, all our items are laser engraved meaning the engraving will only show in a silver stainless steel.
• How long does it take to process/make an order?
• As long as your item is in stock, the order will be processed the same or next business day.
• How long does it take for a package to arrive once it has been shipped?
• Depending on your location and the shipping method you selected, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive. 90% of the time it will arrive within 3 business days.
• Do you ship outside of the United States?
• Our apologies but we currently do not ship outside of the United States.
• Do you ship to PO boxes?
• Yes, we do have the ability to ship to PO boxes as well.
